She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Huebner and Edna Huebner (Poag); her husband Thomas Lee Sullivan, Sr.; her son Ronald Allen Sullivan; and her brother Robert Eugene Huebner.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Sullivan Jr. (Tammy), Catherine Troxell (Dirk), Joseph Sullivan (Kristin) and Theresa Oto; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew, Brian, Nicholas, Nathan, Sydney, Lakyn, Dominic and Gionna.
