She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel C. "Tony" Bickerstaff and Marie T. Bickerstaff (Curry); her husband Daniel G. Slade Sr.; and her brother Curtis G Bickerstaff (late Naomi). She is survived by: her children, Toni Lynn Slade (Bradley Kimm) and Daniel G. Slade Jr. (Jobie); her granddaughter Carly Galley (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Gunner and Patton; her sister Carolyn Stofko (late Ralph); and her sisters-in-law, Sherry Slade and Georgia Slade. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
