It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Kostyak (Harrison City, Pennsylvania), born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zetkulic and Barbara Zetkulic (Novatney); and her siblings, John, Andy, Joey Zetkulic and Helen Onder.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Joseph Kostyak; her sons, James J. Kostyak (Debora), Frank J. Kostyak (Mary) and Shawn A. Kostyak (Denise); her grandchildren, Jeremy Kostyak (Katie Ulrich), Chris Kostyak (Kim), Alexa Hull (Roger) and Josh Kostyak (Lexi Schlegel); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Logan Kostyak, Reed and Ryder Hull. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
