He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Buckner and Maxine Perry. He is survived by: his children, William Welker, Jordan Perry and Julian Payne; his siblings, Jocelyn, Bryan, Bernard, Terrance (Charlene) and Kevin Perry; and his aunt Jacqueline Perry.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. (3532 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17110). A repast will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at 2940 N 7th St, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
