Wayne R. Costabile Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne R. Costabile of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Costabile and Angela Costabile; and his brothers, Philip and David Costabile. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Nicholas and Rachel (Addam); his stepdaughters, Dana (Kevin) and Erica (Bryan); his grandchildren, Oliver, Owen, Evangeline, Brooklyn and Savannah; his siblings, Vinnie, Ginger, Rocco and Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy, Marsha and Nikki. He is also survived by brother to his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Wayne's name made be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Gift of Life Foundation.
