He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy L. Loper (Ison). He is survived by: his father Wayne C. Loper of Enola; his brothers, Jason C. Loper of Dillsburg and Matthew J. Loper of Mechanicsburg; his nieces, Courtney Stoll of Erie and Ashley Loper of Enola; and his aunt Linda Finkenbinder of Duncannon. He is also survived by five grand-nieces and nephews.
