Chadwick; her children, Glenda DeJesus (Michael), Anthony Chadwick, Thea Chadwick, Andrè Chadwick, D'Andrea Chadwick and Zack Chadwick; her stepmother Barbara L. Jackson; and her siblings, Dwayne Jackson, Kevin Jackson, Vernel Alleyne and Norma Jackson.
