He is survived by: his mother Elder Elista Waters; his stepfather Leslie Waters; his nephew AJ Perez; his wife Tracy Ray (Rooks); his children, Warren Anderson, Betty Porter, Fareed Ray, Dorothy Ray and Dequandra Taylor; his siblings, Reverend Valerie Elam, Reverend Kathryn Waters, Kim Ray, Thomas Dennis, Anthony Dennis, Greg Ray, Beauregard Valdes Ray, Darian Davis-Ray and Karen Waters; his stepdaughters, Amber Rooks, Autumn Rooks and Nicole Rooks; his aunts and uncles, Carol Bair, Kathlyn Herring, Ernest Fisher and Gary Fisher; and also, Val, AJ and Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
