He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jacob and Elnora Jacob; his brother Charles Jacobs; and his daughter Cheri Thomas. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy James (R. Michael); and his nephew Larry Jacobs. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
