Powers of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 16, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Phillips and Alice Phillips; her husband Theodore Powers; and her sisters, Jean Ernest and Carol Newkam.

She is survived by: her children, Jodie Morningwake and CarlMorningwake III; her granddaughter Megan Morningwake; and her brother Anthony Phillips, Jr..
