She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Bender and Mildred Bender; her husband John Foltz; and her brother Larry Bender. She is survived by: her children, Betsy O'Rourke, Arlana Wissler (Harry) and John Foltz (Heather); and her sister Marleen Steele. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
