With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammy Louise (Stark) Helm of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2022 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Carl; her husband James "Jimmy" Fulginiti; her sons, Kyle and Joseph Fuginiti; and her sisters, Karla Stark and LuAnn Redcay.

She is survived by: her daughter Brooke Fulginiti (CJ Myers) of Enola.
