With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Evelyn Thomson in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Cook and Mary Ellen Cook; her husband H. Francis Thomson; and her siblings, J. D. Cook, Patty Cook, William Cook, Peggy Cook Honican and Leslie Cook.
She is survived by: her sister Judy Mae Porter of Seattle; her children, Sherry Sayre Case of New Castle, John Michael Sayre of Youngtown and Jennifer A. Thomson of Camp Hill; and her pet Jake. She is also survived by six grandchildren, many greatgrandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
