She is survived by: her boyfriend David Obenstine; her children, Daniel Ofak (Heather), David Ofak (Ashley Gallagher) and Jodi Bortolotto (Michael); her siblings, Leslie Patton (Julie), Diane Daub and Donna Wynn; and her grandchildren, Bryce, Madison, Cooper, Nick, Cameron and Ryan.
