He was predeceased by: his parents, James Heckard and Marie Heckard; and his brother Edward Heckard. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Heckard; his grandson Kaleb Rudy; his great grandchild Levi Rudy; and his siblings, Donna Vazquez, Rita Gottshall, James Heckard and Dennis Heckard.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hoover Funeral Home, to assist with funeral expenses.
