He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Witmer and Esther E. Witmer (Hess). He is survived by: his children, F. Robert "Bob" Witmer, Jr. of Hummelstown and Renita M. Witmer of Eatontown, NJ; his sister Dorothy Hoak of Iowa; his significant other Brenda J. Rex of Harrisburg; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Carl, Nichole and Cameo. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
