He is survived by: his children, Kevin Adams (Sarah) of Hummelstown and Karen Kierstead (Joseph) of Elizabethville; his siblings, Nancy Smith, Phyllis Bastardi (Ronald) and Stephen Adams; his grandchildren, Eli, Lauren Adams, Kristofer C, Brenna C. and Logan D. Hoffman; and his father-in-law James Junker.
