He is survived by: his children, Courtney N. Emrich and Tyler J. Emrich; his parents, Robert J. Emrich Sr. and Anna S. Emrich; his brothers, Joseph D. Emrich (Karen) and Donald P. Emrich (Kathy); and his former wife Karen Erwin Emrich. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
