It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita D. Hill of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 20, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Woutersz and Kathryn Woutersz; and her siblings, Dr. Theodore B. Woutersz and Josephine Leidigh. She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Hill, Jr.; her daughters, Diane M. Boyer (David) of Harrisburg, Janel M. Cirillo (late Michael) of Harrisburg and Maura E. Biesecker (William) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Matthew Boyer, Jesse Biesecker and Lya Sassaman; and her pet Suzie. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
