It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Warren Campbell of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other William "Bill" Osborne of Harrisburg; his brother Charles Campbell of Sunbury; his father E. Campbell; and his son Distributers.
