He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. Zimmerman and Ethel Zimmerman (Walmer); and his sister Judith March. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Zimmerman (Sweigard); his children, Jodi Nenninger (Jay) of Harrisburg and Jess (Sandy McClosky) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Casey and Lila Nenninger; his great grandchild Dylan; and his brother Tom Zimmerman (Diane) of Michigan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
