It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard B. Comiskey of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Comiskey and Catherine Comiskey (Gavin); and his sisters, Catherine Comiskey and Jean Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Comiskey; and his brothers, Robert (Nancy) and James Comiskey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrews in the Valley Episcopal Church (4620 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112).
