He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Bullock and Ethel Bullock (Harrell); his sons, Gary E. Bullock and Raymond C. Bullock, Jr.; and his siblings, James, Vernon, John, Morris, Ernie, Manny, Ethel, Corene and Yvonne.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Bullock (Lewis); his children, Samuel Wallace (Naisha) of Harrisburg, Brian Wallace (Felicia) of Enola, Patricia Rux of Middletown, Paula Holmes of Middletown and Tiffany Bullock (Thomas) of Harrisburg; and his sister Gwendolyn Brooks of Harrisburg.
