He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Fissel Hardy (Heffner); his children, Tammy Wilton of Virginia and Todd Hardy of Virginia; his stepchildren, Bonita Cullison (Stephen) of Liverpool and Les Harvey (Bonnie) of Harrisburg; his grandson James Steinmeier, Jr.; and his stepgrandson Adam Cullison.
