He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Rebor Shuff; his wife Sonja Shuff; his children, Eric Shuff Penn of Mount Airy, NC, Norman Blackstone of Boston, MA, Gary Williams of Harrisburg, PA, Rodney Williams of Atlanta, GA, James Riggs, Misty Nelson, Carla Grant of Harrisburg, PA and Deisha Williams of Stockton, CA; and his children-in-law, Andrea Williams of Harrisburg, PA, Courtney Williams of Atlanta, GA, Viola Ward of Harrisburg, PA, Leon Nelson of Harrisburg, PA and Akeem Grant of Harrisburg, PA. He was also cherished by thirty-eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
