He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Enrique Vargas Dela Torre and Maria Luisa Rivera Santos; his siblings, Guadalupe, Esther, Aurora, Enrique, Elba Roque and Tedosio Vargas; his wife Joyce Thompson Vargas; his children, Maria Vargas-Graves (Donnie), Jewel Campbell (Harry) and MayraLiz Enamorado; his grandchildren, Alexis Graves-Vargas, Aaliyah Graves-Vargas, Donnie Graves Jr., Rodolfo Enamorado II, Rodolfo Enamorado III and Marieli Enamorado; his great grandchild Ja'Sai Hickerson; his adoptive parent Wilberto Santiago; his brothers, Carlos Melendez and Joshua Ledee; his grandson Eli Sanchez; his daughters, Latisha Rodriguez and Mylinh Nguyen; his granddaughter Mylinh Nguyen; and his grandfathers, Abuelo, Chupacabra, Píta, Osvaldo, Viejo, Pedro G's, Freddy Bumper and Pedrito.
Viewing will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. (3532 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Shoop's Cemetery (4332 Lexington St, Harrisburg, PA 17109).
