He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Forney Sr. and Winifred Ann Forney (Smee). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Miller; his children, Susan Runkle, Paula Forney Wiers, Kelly Freed, Amy Forney, Tammy Orsinger, Debra Noles, Sheila Miller and Daniel J. Miller; and his sisters, Jean Saltzer, Dolores Speelman and Nancy Forney. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
