He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Wilbur Baker and Ethel Houpt Baker; his wife Joanne; his daughters, Jennifer Baker (Nathan) and Kristina Baker; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Luke and Miriam Baker-Trinity.

Viewing was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tree of Life Lutheran Church (1492 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17110). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
