He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Neal (Rice); and his son John Patrick Neal. He is survived by: his father Stephen Neal of Camp Hill; his daughters, Katelyn M. Neal and Morgan F. Neal of Mechanicsburg; his sisters, Andrea Campbell of Lewisberry and Alison Shaffer of Menallen Township; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Elizabeth, Hannah, Mark and Stephen. He is also survived by four great nieces and one great nephew.
