She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Harris Sr. and Frances Harris (Smith). She is survived by: her husband James T. Chapman; her sons, Frederick Chapman, James Chapman (Melinda) and Stephen Chapman; her siblings, Lolita Boyer (Thomas), Cynthia Harris, Tanya Boatwright (Stacey), Beverly Tucker, Wanda Johnson, Loretta Gill, Keith Harris and Wesley Love; her granddaughters, Whitney Boston (Cameron) and Shanique Hall; her great grandchild Briston Hall-Johnson; and her goddaughter Sharon Ragland. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
