He is survived by: his brothers, James Harvey and George Harvey; his great grandchild Talaja Sharie White; his wife Adelle Harvey (Morgan) of Harrisburg, PA; his daughters, Cynthia Harvey White of Harrisburg and Rosalind Harvey of Harrisburg; his siblings, Julius Harvey Jr. of Lewisberry, PA, Smittie Harvey (Joanne) of Fredericksburg, VA, Rosa Keith (Eugene) of Harrisburg, Earline Wise of Charlotte, NC and Elizabeth Cortez (Charles) of Riverdale, MD; his caregiver Cynthia White of Harrisburg; and his siblings-in-law, Elease Harvey of Harrisburg, Lessie Berry of Bowman, SC, Sarah Ginyard and David Morgan of Orangeburg, SC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
