He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Swan and Susie Mae Wallace Swan. He is survived by: his family Michael; his grandson Maurice Lamont Ross III; his sister Sadie Dean Swan; his brother-in-law Joe Willie Williams Sr. (Robert V. Taylor); his children, Tanesha Hill, Erica Kendrick (Thomas Kendrick), Michael Johnson (Rutheia Hill), Shawna Johnson, La'Tasha Johnson, Darryl Johnson and Terrance Johnson; his siblings, Shirley Ann Swan-Williams of Harrisburg, Arma Lee Swan-Taylor of Harrisburg, Regene Swan-Cornelius (James C. Cornelius) of Harrisburg, Willie D. Swan (Pastor Jacquelyn M.) and Ricky Swan of Key West, Florida; and his aunt Mattie Ruth Swan of Kankakee. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, three step-grandchildren.
