Marvin I. Averbach Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2023, at the age of 92, Marvin I. Averbach of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Averbach and Clara Averbach (Blueband); and his brother Stanley Averbach. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Averbach; his children, Rachelle Leese (Wayne), Debbie Danoff (Gary), Robert Averbach (Edgardo Arroyo) and Stephen Averbach; his stepchildren, Lynn Apple (George), Joseph Guberman and James Guberman (Donna); his brother Leonard Averbach (Antoinette); and his grandchildren, Jake Danoff, Alex Danoff, David Apple, Aliza Apple, Jessie Apple, Jordan Guberman and Joshua Guberman. He is also survived by spouses, significant others and children; many nieces and nephews.
