He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Welsh Sr. and Dorothy Mikan. He is survived by: his wife Penny L. Welsh; his children, Mindy Welsh, Kim Welsh, Missy Wesner, Kristina Wesner and Becky Wesner; and his siblings, Barbara Lentz, Susan Welsh, Donna Fallinger (Sam), Paul Welsh Jr. (Jackie), Jeannie Kreiser, Nancy Emerich, Sandi Blouch (Mike) and Gary Welsh (Diana). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great grandson.
