We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 78, Marie A. Schaffer (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Shoemaker and Woodrow Wilson; her siblings, William, Kevin, Dora and Michael; and her daughter Theresa.
She is survived by: her brother Timothy; her children, James, Leah, William, Adelle and Anthony Sr.; and her stepdaughters, Vene and Lavena. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and spouses, 17 great grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
She would knit Afghan hats, mitts, breast cups for women and donate them.
