She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Roth; and her husband Robert E. Arney Sr.. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Roth (Wagner); and her children, Robert E. Arney Jr of Harrisburg, Jean Stambaugh of York, Joan Mabry of Harrisburg and Susan Britton of Strasburg, VA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.
