It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine C. Allen of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Dauphin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel A. Howard (Bechtel) and Reuben Howard; and her husband Ralph T. Allen. She is survived by: her niece Donna Wood; and her great-niece Lisa M. Stock.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Red Cross of Harrisburg, PA.
