She is survived by: her husband Jorge Velazquez; her children, David Orsinger (Laura), Shawn Orsinger, Rafaela Lockhart (Alex) and Angelina Velazquez; her siblings, Janet Haley and Thomas Orsinger (Michele); and her grandsons, Myles, Shane and Kamari. She is also survived by numerous extended family members, including nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
