He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Napper Sr. and Goldie Adley Napper; his son David Napper; and his siblings, Mildred McCloe (Evelyn Chapman) and Robert F Napper Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Renee D Napper; his sons, Brian Miles and Leonard G. Napper; his granddaughter Tara Napper; and his siblings, Marvin "Pete" Napper and Brenda Pollard. He is also survived by five step children, and an abundance of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
