He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Melenchek and Alice Melenchek; his nephew Nathaniel Davis; and his brother-in-law Tony Straw. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Hresko); his children, Justin (Erin) of Middletown and Stacia Pearce (Jeff) of Fort Mill; and his siblings, Peter of Anchorage, Alaska, Anthony, Suzanne Kaledas (Bill), Mary Catherine Kriebel (Leon) of Fallston, Maryland and Laureen Straw of Red Lion.
