He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Cahill and Grace Cahill; and his sister Betty Strong. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary (Leedy); his sisters, Anne Cahill and Eileen Cowley; his children, Dan Cahill (Jen), Johanna Naama (Salim), Peggy McCafferty (Vince) and Andrew Cahill (Mimi); and his grandchildren, Yasmine, Lindy, Anna, Ellie, Grace, Ben, Caroline, Maggie, Rose and Steven.
