Powell of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Tremont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Powell and Maude Cleary Powell; and his stepbrother John "Jack" Cleary. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie J. Powell; his daughter Emily E. Cochran (Liam) of Camp Hill; and his grandchildren, Nick, Julia and Marley.
