We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2022, Kevin Mitchell of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Mitchell and Julia Lee Mitchell (Jones); his daughter Candace Lenise; and his sister Theodessa "Teddy" Wise. He is survived by: his children, Carmen Lanette (Mitchell) and Kevin Mitchell II; and his siblings, Tyrone Mitchell and Diana Lee Lynch (Mitchell). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

COVID-19 Guidelines will be observed with face masks for all attendees.
