She was predeceased by: her parents, Elder Charles N. Perry and Cordelia A. Perry. She is survived by: her daughter Quita; her husband David S. Smith of Harrisburg, PA; her daughter Shaquita P. Thomas (Quita) of Carmel, IN; her siblings, Robin Perry of Harrisburg, Tina Mosley (Brian) of Harrisburg and Charles Norman Perry (Tracy) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Deegan and Dilynn Thomas of Carmel, IN; her aunt Kimmie; and also David. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
