He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Elizabeth (Barbour). He is survived by: his children, Sarah Grace Ann (Jack Morris), Jenea Elizabeth, Kenneth Dean, Jr. (Rachel Stohler) and Samuel Garrett; his grandchildren, Emilee Grace Ann, Matthew David Lee, Tyler James Michael, Finley Graham and Charlotte Mae; his father Robert Charles Fultz, Jr.; and his siblings, Kathleen Mae (late Richard Yiengst), Susan Marie (Michael O'Daly), Robert Charles, III (Sandra Rhiney), Russell Eugene (Connie Bratina), Patricia Ann (Kermit Binkley), John Clair and Timothy Scott (Tina Shertzer). He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
