He was predeceased by: his father Karl Woodley. He is survived by: his mother Bernadine R. Woodley; his children, Kar'Meisha Singleton, Alexis Singleton-Robinson (Michael), Ashlee Finley and Karl L. W. Singleton III; his father-in-law Stephen K. Holmes; his siblings, Karsheya Singleton (Henry), Jerrica Woodley, Jessica Eaton (Shanon), Wanda Johnson, Jessica S. Simmons and Stephen Khalil Holmes; his grandchildren, Zion Walker and Zara Fletcher; his aunts and uncles, Sherry Chandler, Patricia Singleton, Rachelle McRae, Roger Singleton (Beverly) and Pat Singleton; his great-uncle James Shannon; his great-aunts, Rosa Moody (Lewis) and Bernice Williams; his close friend Gina Finley; and his nieces and nephews, Kani Moore Singleton, Ka'Seemh Singleton-Brown, Ka'Mereh Singleton-Brown, Asher Eaton, Ki'Airah T. Singleton-Green, Ka'Mayah Singleton-Brown, Joy Eaton, JaKadrien Townsend and Katherlyn Stevens. He is also survived by other family members, associates and friends.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Scottish Rite Cathedral (2701 N 3rd St, Harrisburg, PA 17110). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
