In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Karen Sue leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Karen Sue may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William K. Halpenny and Betty A. Halpenny (Brockitt); and her brother Willim K. "Bub" Halpenny, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband William L. Edwards; her daughter Kelly Edwards (Toni Warner) of Jessup, MD; her brother Michael Halpenny (Rebecca) of Bellefonte; and her grandchildren, Eliana Edwards and Liam Edwards.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Church (1280 Clover Ln, Harrisburg, PA 17113). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
