With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kandace C. Foltz of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on December 16, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Donna Caputo; and her parents, Philip Caputo and Dorothy Caputo (Stephen Foltz). She is survived by: her children, Kristin (Craig Petrou) of Harrisburg, Christopher (Toni) of Enola and Matthew (Jennifer) of Harrisburg; and her grandchildren, Gianna, Stephen, Anthony Petrou of Harrisburg, Brett, Seth Foltz of Enola, Derrick, Zachary, Madison and Giada Foltz of Harrisburg.
