She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin John and Mary Elizabeth Fisher Smeltzer; her husband Richard R. Foltz; and her siblings, Geraldine Salmari, Rene Blair and Martin Smeltzer.
She is survived by: her children, Barry A. Foltz (Susan Gilmartin Foltz) of Harrisburg, Jeffrey L. Foltz of Carson City, NV and Barbara A. Yeager of Downingtown, PA; and her grandchildren, Allison Gale (Kurt) of Reno, NV, Dana Foltz of Reno, NV, Heather Foltz of Las Vegas, NV, Caitlin Foltz of Harrisburg, Caralie Roisum (Michael) of Maple Grove, MN, Rochelle Roemen (Joel) of Kaufman, TX, Kimberly (Brian) of Coatesville, Kyle Yeager (Kat) of West Chester and Veronica Yeager of Arden, NC. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
