Kobel of Halifax; his grandparents, Walter and Faye Moyer of Dauphin; and his aunts and uncles, Lonnie (Cathy Moyer), Judson (Connie Williams), Randy (Linda Moyer), Steve (Tina Stansfield), Carolyn (Neil Raup), Valerie (Chris Kirbas) and Diane Paine of Florida.
The family requests that memorial donations may be made to Clarks Valley Zion E.C. Church, 210 McKelvey Road, Dauphin, PA 17018 or to the Halifax Area School District, Music Department, 3940 Peters Mountain Rd, Halifax, PA 17032 and note in the memo line "in memory of Joshua Kobel.".
